Returns & exchanges within the EU:
Would you like to exchange or return your online order? You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. If you would like to exchange or return your Charlie Petite item(s), we ask that you return the items in their original condition. We only accept unworn items, in original condition with tags.
Exchanges or returns are very easy! You can easily and quickly register your return via the link below:
You will receive a refund within 5 working days of receipt, provided the product has already been returned in good order. The costs for returns are for your own account, you can choose the possible return options via the link. Returns are at your own responsibility. Final sale items (70%) may no longer be returned.
Costs for returning:
Netherlands: €7.95
Belgium: €11.50
Germany: €11.50

Do you want to exchange an item within the EU?
You can register your return via the link above. You can indicate there for which size you would like to exchange the item. The available sizes are immediately shown. The costs for returns are at your own expense. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, these shipping costs are free.
Exchange or return in store?
Your purchase in the store may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. When you return your purchase, you will receive an (online) voucher for your purchase amount. We do not give refunds! This voucher is valid indefinitely and can be used both online and in the store.

Returns & exchanges outside the EU for orders above €150:
Would you like to exchange or return your order? You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. If you would like to exchange or return your Charlie Petite item(s), we ask that you return the items in their original condition. We only accept unworn items, in original condition with tags.
Exchanges or returns are very easy! For returns outside the EU we work with our partner Onlinetaxfree.com. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@charliepetite.com. We will inform Onlinetaxfree.com about the return shipment. Onlinetaxfree.com will send you the return label. Then follow these steps:
1. Print the return label you received from Onlinetaxfree.com and attach it to the package.
2. Print the commercial invoices you received from Onlinetaxfree.com in your mailbox.
3. Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package.
4. Place the second copy of the commercial invoice on your package. Add one copy of the commercial invoice to your package with the packing slip.
5. Place the second copy of the commercial invoice on your package next to your shipping label.
6. Take your package to a UPS point.

Refund policy for non-EU countries with orders over €150
Onlinetaxfree.com handles the tax refund process for Charlie Petite. If you return or refuse your order within 30 days, you will not be eligible for a tax refund.
Charlie Petite will refund the order amount minus the cost of the return label.
The non-EU customer can reclaim the VAT by contacting: customerservice@onlinetaxfree.com
