Do you have a physical store?

Our brand store is located at Bergstraat 12 Eindhoven, the Netherlands. We are open from Monday to Saturday. Hopefully see you soon!

What are the shipping costs?

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Our webshop is external, so picking up your order in the store is not possible. You can app/call/email us to reserve an item and we will set it aside!

Can I exchange my order?

You can exchange your order within 14 days. This way you can easily exchange your order for a different size or color. 

Can I return my order? And how long does it take to process this?

Yes, you can return an order within 14 days. See here how to return an item. A return will be processed within 2 working days. We will refund the money to the account used for payment. If you have chosen KLARNA, you will receive a message when the payment has been adjusted.

I have a complaint, what should I do now?
